Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of Agyan Shatru (the “app”), run by The Aspirant Network LLP (“we”). By signing in or continuing as a guest, you agree to them.

Your Account

• You sign in with your Google account and are responsible for activity on it.
• Use one account per person and do not share it.
• We may suspend or deactivate accounts that misuse the app or break these terms.

Using the App

• The app and its content (plans, notes, flashcards, MCQs and other study material) are for your personal, non-commercial study.
• Do not copy, resell, republish or distribute the content, or try to access other people's data or break the app's security.
• The content belongs to The Aspirant Network LLP or its licensors.

Study Content

We work to keep the material accurate and up to date, but it is provided for preparation and practice only. It may contain errors and is not official UPSC material. We do not guarantee any examination result.

Paid Courses

• Some courses are paid. The price, what the course includes and how long access lasts are shown on the course's buy page before you pay.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card or bank details.
• A course unlocks on your account as soon as the payment is confirmed (see our Delivery Policy), and you can download a GST invoice from the app.
• All purchases are final and are not refundable or cancellable, except for duplicate or failed payments, as explained in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Availability

We may change, pause or stop features or courses. We try to keep the app available but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the app, and the app is provided “as is”.

Privacy

How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Changes and Law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
